Our Manager
My journey began with the pre-school when my children joined. I started on the pre-school committee and volunteered in the setting. I then went on to gain my qualifications in Early Years and have worked at Busy Bee since then. I am the designated Safeguarding lead and SENco.
I believe in investing in staff by keeping them up to date with new Early Years approaches, providing valuable training and allowing them to express their thoughts and ideas to expand the child’s learning. The bond between a child and his/her key worker is often the first relationship a child has outside the family unit. I’m proud that we work on what we believe is right for every child, which is all children develop and learn though play at their own rate, in a welcoming, secure setting. All the staff work closely with the children and look at ways to ignite their confidence, creativity, learning and understanding of the world around them.

I have worked within the childcare sector since 2007. I joined Busy Bee in 2014 from another pre-school. I have a level 3 diploma in children’s & young people’s workforce. I enjoy working with children and find helping them to learn, grow and develop very rewarding.

I have worked at Busy Bee since 2007 and I am a level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner. I have a passion for early years and believe that children learn best through play in a fun, exciting environment.

and broad curriculum whilst they are with us. We believe all children learn best
during play. Each individual child’s needs and interest are paramount to us and our mission
is to help and support them through these early stage of education and
development.
